Individual Counseling

Our approach to therapy provides every individual with an experienced clinician who works to identify and address challenges that are affecting daily functioning. Therapy allows you to express your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe and accepting environment. Through our results-oriented approach, we will evaluate and assess your identified concerns. Based on that assessment, we will diagnose your condition(s) and schedule appropriate treatment interventions to help you get your life back on track. We will recommend the best therapy solution for you, but we will never implement solutions unless you are comfortable with the interventions. All treatments are mutually agreed upon by you and your clinician. Our clinicians have decades of experience working with myriad mental health, behavioral and emotional challenges. Group Counseling

Group Therapy offers a variety of peer-based sessions to children and adults. A small number of like individuals meet to participate in weekly sessions to gain insight into thoughts and behaviors under the guidance of a professionally trained group facilitator. Group therapy sessions work to assist individuals with learning about themselves, improving relationships and developing better coping and symptom management skills. Group members experience emotional support, empathic understanding and authentic encouragement from one another. These sessions are instrumental in healing many types of emotional and psychological struggles such as: depression, anxiety, anger, fear, shame, etc. The participants learn to accept support from others while increasing understanding and developing new ways of interacting with one another.
